How does the Intercom integration work?

First, you choose one Intercom tag that your team will apply to messages with product feedback. Then, when you apply that tag to an Intercom message, Savio pulls it in. It's like regular tagging on steroids.

How do I know if Savio logged feedback I tagged?

When Savio receives feedback, Savio adds an internal note in the Intercom conversation acknowledging that the feedback was recorded successfully. This usually happens within a second of tagging feedback.

What else does it do?
