How do I push updates to Slack?
You can push updates to a Slack channel of your choice in three cases: when new product feedback is pushed to Savio, when feedback is assigned to a Feature Request, or when a Feature Request's status changes.
Why would I use this?
If you want to make your customer feedback or feature request process more transparent to the rest of your team (and you live on Slack), this is for you. Your sales, success, marketing, exec, and other teams can pop into your feedback channel to see both new product feedback that's logged in Savio, and any Feature Requests that have changed status.
